When Kunal Sharma arrived in Dubai in January 2025, he did what thousands of expats do every year — he started dreaming about owning property here. And like most of them, he quickly ran into the same wall: a mortgage process that felt designed for someone else. Endless paperwork. Conflicting advice. Banks that spoke in jargon.
